Care On Your Terms

Support Built Around You

Private-pay home care gives you the flexibility to choose the support that works best for you or your loved one. Whether you need a few hours of assistance, ongoing support, or help during a transition, care can be shaped around your individual needs and routine.

At In Time of Need Care Service, we start by listening. We take the time to understand what’s happening, what kind of support would be most helpful, and how we can make everyday life a little easier.

Understanding Private-Pay Home Care

Private pay options

How Does Private Pay Work?

Private pay means you or your family pays In Time of Need Care Service directly for the care you choose, rather than services being paid through insurance, a Medicaid-funded program, or another third-party payer.

Is Private-Pay Care Different From Your Other Home Care Services?

No. Private pay is a payment option, not a different type of care. You can receive the same personalized, non-medical home care services offered by In Time of Need Care Service (ITONCS) based on your individual needs.

How Do I Know What Care I Need?

You don’t have to have everything figured out before contacting us. We’ll talk with you about your situation, the support you’re looking for, and what may work best for you or your loved one before getting started.

What Does Private-Pay Home Care Cost?

Private-pay home care with In Time of Need Care Service typically ranges from $30–$40 per hour, depending on the level of support needed, number of care hours, and scheduling requirements.

We offer competitive, affordable pricing tailored to each client’s individual care needs and service plan.

Final rates are determined after a care consultation.

Getting Started Is Simple

1

Start With A Conversation

Every care journey starts with understanding what’s happening and what support may be needed. During your initial consultation, we’ll learn more about your situation, answer your questions, and discuss how In Time of Need Care Service may be able to support you or your loved one.

2

Schedule Your Free
In-Home Assessment

If you decide you’d like to move forward, we’ll schedule a complimentary in-home assessment. This gives us an opportunity to learn more about daily routines, preferences, the home environment, and specific areas where support may be helpful.

3

Create A Care Plan That Fits

Using what we learn during your consultation and assessment, we’ll work with you to develop a personalized care plan that reflects your needs, preferences, and desired schedule. We’ll review the plan together, answer any remaining questions, and discuss the next steps for beginning care.
